Our Founder
Founder and chief designer, Charnelle McMillan has been baking and creating one of a kind designs since 2015 when she made her first cake for her mother in a small kitchen in Queens, NY. While she is mostly self-taught, she perfected her skills by taking classes including offerings at the prestigious Institute Of Culinary Education. She continues to develop her skill set by networking and collaborating with baking artists throughout New York City. Her work has been displayed at several high profile events, including a showing at the 2017 NY Cake Show. Ms. McMillan strives to make each event she is a part of successful and is dedicated to her clients and the growth of her business. Her goal is to make YOU happy.

“What can I say? Charnelle was absolutely UHHHHMAZING!!! First, the cake tasted just as amazing as it looked. Seriously....Her cake is SOOOOOOOO GOOD! Me and my boyfriend loveeee cake and she got our stamp of approval, lol....Once the cake was cut and the cupcakes were distributed, I kept hearing people comment on how moist and delicious the cake was (Still moist 3 days later people!)… From coming up with the design, to choosing the flavors all the way to delivery, this collaboration was brilliant.
